A writer, storyteller, and community leader based in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Originally from Bangladesh, I came to Canada as an international student and completed my Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Regina. My academic background, professional experience, and community involvement have shaped my passion for leadership, communication, personal influence, and meaningful storytelling.

My journey has always been connected to learning, people, and growth. Through my studies in human resources, leadership, project management, and organizational development, I became deeply interested in how people think, communicate, lead, and work together to create success. Over the years, my experiences in the workplace and in the community have helped me understand that leadership is not only about position — it is about responsibility, influence, service, and the ability to inspire others.

I am actively involved in the Regina community through Regina Elites Sporting Club, where I serve as Director of Communication, Administration and Operations. In this role, I support club operations, communications, event planning, member engagement, and community initiatives. Through sports, events, youth programs, and community activities, I have seen how teamwork, discipline, and shared purpose can bring people together and create a stronger sense of belonging.

I am also involved with Toastmasters, where I continue to develop my public speaking, communication, and leadership skills. This experience has strengthened my belief that effective communication is one of the most powerful tools for building confidence, connecting with people, and creating positive influence.
